heat and no rain
If you are wondering just how bad the drought is here in Texas along with record temps look at this map.
I am located between the 2nd and 3rd bay on the coast if you count from the LA border. We are having temps 3 to 7 degrees above normal, and in July there was only 1.5 inches of rain, and no rain so far this month but they are saying a 20 to 30 % chance this weekend.

Mozilla Firefox 3.5.2 Windows XPYOU HAVEN’T HAD ANY AND WE’VE BEEN JUST FLOODED WITH RAIN THE GROUND IS STILL SOAKED AND WE’RE SUPPOSED TO GET MORE. WE NEVER HAVE RAIN IN JULY AND AUGUST AND THIS IS THE COOLEST SUMMER I CAN REMEMBER SINCE WE MOVED HERE. YOU CAN HAVE SOME OF WHAT WE’VE HAD EXCEPT IT WOULD TAKE THE COOL WITH IT. HOPE YOU’RE STAYING INSIDE AND TAKING IT EASY. LOVE YA

Mozilla Firefox 3.0.13 Windows XPOur weather here is extremely hot. It came early as it usually doesn’t get here until this time of year. Hoping for an early fall. We have gotten enough rain to keep things green so we have to mow a lot.
